Behind her bookish meek looks, Mio is a considerably powerful witch and is regarded as one of the land most dangerous. This power and unwanted reputation stems from the ancient spells she collected over her archaeological travels. While most of the spells are ceremonial in nature, there are some rather powerful and uncontrollable spells that are better kept forgotten.

Fortunately for the world, Mio have a rather poor memory for a scholar, she had to relied on recording her findings on a magical tome. The magical tome served as the central depository for all of Mio's findings, it will never run out of pages as the physical tome is only a medium for the actual tome that is magically linked with Mio's magical presence.
